Fishing Charters near Port Everglades Cruise Ships in Fort Lauderdale

Going on a cruise that stops or starts at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and looking for what to do in Fort Lauderdale while you’re on your cruise? Why not go Deep Sea fishing in Fort Lauderdale?

For less than you think you can take the entire family out fishing for a half day, which fits in nicely with most cruise itineraries.  Our fishing boats are located just minutes from the cruise ships, which makes them an inexpensive taxi ride away. You can even take the water taxi from Port Everglades to Bahia Cabana, which is located right next to our best Fort Lauderdale fishing charter boat.

Our Fort Lauderdale fishing charters include the boat, a captain, a mate, the fuel, equipment, insurance, and all required fishing licenses. You’ll have the opportunity to fish for billfish and gamefish, including sailfish, wahoo, tuna, dolphin fish, swordfish, snapper and more.

In addition to Fishing in Fort Lauderdale, on one of our fishing charters you’ll have the chance to see some of Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront mansions and megayachts. From the water, you’ll also be able to get great photos of the cruise ships and the Fort Lauderdale beach.

Although we get a lot of requests for it, sadly the fishing boats cannot pick you up at the cruise ship docks in Port Everglades. This is due to stringent port security requirements implemented after 9/11 that established a security zone around Port Everglades.

Fishing is a great past time here in Fort Lauderdale but you can enjoy here with the beaches and Jet Skiing. Jet Ski Insurance Ft Lauderdale encourages Jet ski owners to insure their Jet ski and the owners to help them when incidents happen.
